We are proud to introduce our first selection of single cask, single malt whiskies, most of which are bottled at cask strength and all are uncoloured and unchillfiltered, indeed the whisky is exactly as it comes out of the cask. This gives us a limited number of bottles for each whisky, and although even a sister cask may have similar characteristics each one will always be unique.

I choose all of our whiskies personally, judging each by their enjoyment factor and less by their intricate taste profiles. The “wow” factor is most important and so far our bottlings have been well received by critics, connoisseurs and the occasional whisky drinker alike.

In selecting the whiskies for our first bottling, I was keen to choose not only from the prominent well known distilleries but also the lesser known names such as Macduff and Benrinnes. I am particularly delighted, if not a little surprised, in the way the Macduff has been received! It has proved to be our most popular!
