The Harris Whisky Co. is completely dedicated to offering you the best possible service and aim to give you total satisfaction. For any queries, suggestions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us:-

1.  Purchase/payment
Purchases can be made via our website, by telephone or written order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro or Amex cards, internet payments are a secure process, using Sage Pay (formally Protx).
Payment by cheque will be accepted, made payable to The Harris Whisky Co. and forwarded to the above address.  Goods will be despatched after cheque clearance.       . 

2.  Availability
As most of our stock is ‘limited edition’, we will notify you immediately of any ‘out of stock’ items.

3.  Pricing policy
We endeavour to ensure that all prices and information quoted are accurate and include UK Duties and VAT.  Prices and specifications can change without prior notification.

4.  Minimum legal age
When placing an order with The Harris Whisky Co. for alcohol, you confirm that you are of the minimum legal age to purchase or consume alcohol (18 years  - UK).  We reserve the right not to supply anyone who is, or we believe to be under this age.

5.  Delivery
Goods can be sent to mainland UK only – via our carrier.  Contact us for any delivery requirements outside the UK mainland.
Please allow 5 working days from time of order for stock items (Extra time may have to be allowed during the run up to Christmas).
Bespoke deliveries will be at a time to be agreed with customer.
All goods must be signed for upon delivery.  

Any breakages or damage to packaging must be noted on delivery sheet and The Harris Whisky Co. must be advised immediately by yourself.  If unable to gain a signature the carrier will leave a card through purchaser's letterbox.  If items are not claimed after 5days they will be returned to The Harris Whisky Co., the cost of which is the responsibility of the customer.

6.  Cancellations & Returns
Any cancellations must be made in writing or email, not by telephone.
All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and are at the customer’s cost.  Due care must be taken to ensure that any products are returned in good condition with all packaging intact. 
Refunds, excluding delivery costs will be made upon safe receipt of goods and within 30 days.

All images, photographs, logos or text displayed on www.harriswhisky.com are the property of The Harris Whisky Co and cannot be reproduced or redistributed without the prior written consent of The Harris Whisky Co.
